I was born and raised in central Kentucky, and I still call the rolling hills of Bluegrass Country…..Home.

The oldest of three children, I attended the University of Kentucky earning an Associate Degree in business related studies concentrating in Real Estate. At 18 years of age, I attended a national auctioneering school and shortly after obtained my Real Estate License. Over the years, I have owned and operated several businesses; but in the end, my one true passion was to own and operate my own horse farm. Eventually, my dream became a reality, and Bramblett Quarter Horses was born.

Bramblett Quarter Horses became a national name producing several World Champions as well as standing one of the top ten stallions in the country.  Our farm also climbed in status ranking in the top ten as leading breeders in the country for Halter Horse winners and point earners.

At 40 years of age, a spiritual awakening of monumental proportions eventually led me to reexamine my entire life. While the horse business had certainly been a stepping stone, I was now being called to do something different with my life.....something IMPORTANT.

As an avid reader, writing became a natural extension and thereby the tool I needed to share my incredible story of hope, transformation, and truth with the world. My debut novel Me, God, and Curly chronicles my 12 year spiritual journey through the back alleys of life, death, and grief, where I dare to ask the question:  Is Death really the end?

As an artist, I have always found beauty and inspiration in nature, and my artwork and jewelry offer testament to my immense love for the grandeur of God's creation.

I still reside on our working horse farm with my husband Jim and our 6 dogs: Sierra, Tutti, Beau, Bella, Seth, and Sammie. 2 Birds: Rufie and Hank, and a lively variety of cats and horses too numerous to mention but loved all the same.
